Both events will be held collocated (at the same time and the same venue) on July 17th - 20th, 2012 in Orlando, Florida, USA.

Submissions for Face-to-Face or for Virtual Participation are both accepted. Both kinds of submissions will have the same reviewing process and the accepted papers will be included in the same proceedings. Best papers will be selected from both kinds of submissions and published again in the Journal of Systemics, Cybernetics, and Informatics.
