A BOA FÉ NO DIREITO OBRIGACIONAL

O presente trabalho tem por objetivo, traçar em linhas gerais, o estudo da boa-fé no direito obrigacional. Para isso fará uma digressão histórica acerca desse princípio, bem como do seu tratamento no ordenamento jurídico brasileiro. Apresenta as funções atribuídas à boa-fé e a sua distinção da boa-fé subjetiva.

The present work has for objective, to trace in general lines, the study of the good-faith in the contracts law. For this it will make a historical about of this principle, as well as of its treatment in the Brazilian legal system. It presents the functions attributed to the good-faith and its distinction between the subjective good-faith.
