ABSTRACT

The following text approaches the theme of the interface between the knowledge areas of Law and Psychology, especially in what measures the importance of a job with an interdisciplinary characteristic. Based on the metaphor of god Janus two faces, which origin is Indo-European, the text has as its objective to reflect about the relevance of this partnership as the conflicts and impasses with which the justice system has to do with, present a straight relation with the aspects of the human condition that involves its subjectivities. The increase of the judicialization in human relations has indicated the need of this double look at the demands in question. The propose here presented, is justified by the complexity of the problematics that are presented to the justice system, understanding that the characteristic objectivity of the studies in the field of law and the idiosyncratic subjectivity in human realities when conceived as complementary might lead to a partnership of great social relevance.
